Where does Deversety ship?

Deversety currently ships to Canada, USA, Australia, Ireland, Japan, Mexico and United Kingdom. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Australia, Ireland, Japan, Mexico and United Kingdom We are working on bringing Deversety everywhere else around the world.

Standard Shipping & Handling Rates:

Canada: $8 (7-10 business days), FREE standard shipping on orders over $39
USA: $5 (5-9 business days), FREE standard shipping on orders over $39
International: $19 (9-22 business days)

Rush Shipping & Handling Rates:

Canada: $15 (2-3 business days)
USA: $25 (1-2 business days)

We apologize but Deversety does not ship orders to a P.O.BOX. We cannot ship to multiple addresses.

When will my order ship?

You order, we process, then we ship. It only takes a few seconds to order online. We then process the order within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day. The shipping company then takes over for the delivery part. We send you an email with a tracking number, as soon as your order ships.

Shipping to these states and countries will take about 11-15 business days.

    Easy: our products are appropriate for most skin & hair types. They are hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and paraben free.

    Do you test on animals?

    No, we do not! None of Deversety’s products are or will be ever tested on animals.

    Returns & Exchanges

    How do I place a return or exchange?

    We're sorry you didn't love our Deversety product. Please contact us at, with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll do the rest.

    Deversety packages do not include return slips. Simply contact us at and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

    What’s your return policy? 

    All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, except for shipping charges. Email us at and we'll process your return.

    How long does it take to process a return?
